Mushroom and goat’s cheese burger

Pour qui, quand et combien ?
  • Durée :
  • Difficulté : Easy
  • Quantité : Serves 2
Vous avez besoin de :
  • 400 grams quality minced beef
  • 6 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • Handful bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 knob butter
  • 200 grams pink oyster mushrooms, chopped
  • 50 grams goat's cheese
  • 1 T crème fraiche
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 hamburger buns
Préparation
  1. Combine the parsley, bread crumbs, egg, and beef mince in a mixing bowl. Mix with your hands, and form into patties. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté the onion in a knob of butter until they begin to release water. Add the chopped oyster mushrooms, and cook for 8-10 minutes until brown.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan or grill pan nice and hot. Cook the burgers, turning every couple of minutes, for around 10 minutes–or longer if you prefer your meat well done.
  4. Toast the buns in the toaster while the meat is cooking.
  5. When ready, spread half of the crème fraiche and mushrooms on the bottom buns. Place the burger on top, then the rest of the mushrooms and a couple of slices of goat’s cheese.
  6. Feel free to add lettuce, tomato, avocado, or any of your favourite toppings/sauces. Put the top bun on, and enjoy!
