Olive and mushroom tagliatelle

Vous avez besoin de :
  • 450 grams tagliatelle pasta
  • 300 grams grey oyster mushrooms
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 150 grams green olives (pits removed)
  • Small bunch of fresh parsley
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
Préparation
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces if necessary.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the mushrooms for 7-8 minutes, adding the garlic about a minute before the end. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the olives into quarters and chop the parsley. Add to the mushrooms and cook for one more minute before removing the pan from heat.
  4. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for one minute less than indicated on the package.
  5. Drain the pasta, then mix with the mushrooms. Add a little more olive if you like.
  6. Eat immediately!

This super simple pasta dish looks elegant and is a huge crowd pleaser. If you’ve never tried mushrooms and olives together before, then you should probably get on this right away–it’s delicious! Especially with mushrooms you grow yourself !
