The plant with the perm
A joy to any dish, and a sight to sore eyes, Curly Leaf Parsley has it all.

Let's introduce you to the fancy cousin of Flat Leaf Parsley: Curly Leaf Parsley can be recognised by its perm (but without the chemicals, of course). More stylish but less strong in flavour, making it very nice when used fresh.
"Parsley grows from the inside out. Make sure to harvest from the stems that are on the outside. It's also normal that the stems of your Parsley are hanging down slightly." — Our mate the gardener
Parsley is one of the main ingredients for Gremolata, a fresh seasoning with Parsley and chopped garlic, lemon zest and/or orange, nice to use with both grilled meat and fish!
Your indoor garden supplies all ingredients for a beautiful harvest: water, light and nutrients. In the case of a pod that doesn't sprout (which can happen as we work with natural materials), we will send you a new pod free of charge. Take a look at our FAQ.
Our seeds all come from French seed sellers. More than half of our seeds are organic. The substrate in which they grow is made from coconut peat and coir. The Pods are made out of bioplastic and are biodegradable: when your plants grow tired you can repot them or compost them.
includes all the ingredients needed to ensure the best growth possible for your plants: water, light, and nutrients. If your pod happens to be a little mischievous (which can happen, as with every other living product), we'll send you another pod! You can check out our FAQ for more information.
* Almost all of the seeds we work with are organic.
The pod
Thanks to our patented Float® design, you only have one thing to do: add water once every two or three weeks when the floater sinks. The plant takes all mineral salts it needs out of the water (these are released into the water over the weeks). Discover the Prêt à Pousser technology.
No worries, it's pretty common. Coriander takes some time to germinate, and the rich environment of the substrate is helping the development of algae or mold. Once your plant starts to sprout and grow, its strands will cut off the access to light of the algae, and they will disappear. If the situation seems out of control, do not hesitate to send us a photo in the "Assistance" section of the application.
Yes, that's normal. The leaves of your Parsley don't have a strong smell. Try to delicately rub them between your fingers, this will release the smell.
Parsley tends to fall slightly, it's probably impossible to have it grow completely straight, but leaving the light about 5 to 10 cm above it should help a bit.
