Our Fennel isn't meant to be cooked like a vegetable: it's rather used as an aromatic! #am-bush Its crunchy, anise stems will give the perfect flavour to your vegetables, meats, stuffings, salads... You can also let it bake away in the oven over some fish #bffs! Our protip for original desserts: sprinkle it over some honey-roasted apples with nuts.

Our seeds all come from French seed sellers. More than half of our seeds are organic. The substrate in which they grow is made from coconut peat and coir. The Pods are made out of bioplastic and are biodegradable: when your plants grow tired you can repot them or compost them.

Thanks to our patented Float® design, you only have one thing to do: add water once every two or three weeks when the floater sinks. The plant takes all mineral salts it needs out of the water (these are released into the water over the weeks). Discover the Prêt à Pousser technology.

    • My Fennel doesn't look like the ones I buy in shops, and doesn't have a bulb!

      Our Fennel is indeed a different kind than the ones you find in shops! It's closer to the wild fennel you can find growing in the South and that you eat the stems of.

    • My Fennel is starting to grow flowers, what should I do?

      Like Mint or Basil, Fennel can indeed grow flowers as well! However, we recommend cutting the yellow flowers at the stem, so that your plant's taste isn't altered. They can be used as decoration to adorn your salads!
